GTS’s Adrian Rivera explains how Microsoft 365 combined with Copilot gives Gallaudet staff powerful tools to work smarter, save time, and improve productivity across daily tasks. This workshop introduces how Copilot enhances familiar Microsoft 365 apps by using AI to simplify work and help staff stay organized.
Staff can also use Copilot to streamline workflows across Microsoft 365—organizing files, improving collaboration, and helping employees stay updated on new features and system changes. Copilot supports accessibility by offering clear explanations, step‐by‐step guidance, and tools that reduce manual work, making technology easier for all experience levels.
