Video begins at an indoor celebration of the appointment of Dr. King Jordan. It cuts to assorted groups of people celebrating and various side conversations. Everyone joins in on a "Deaf President Forever" chant. Video cuts to the celebration outside and it becomes quite dark as it is evening. Eventually Jerry Covell, Tim Rarus, Bridgetta Bourne, Dr. I. King Jordan, Linda Jordan, and Phil Bravin start moving through the crowd. The video shows Jordan's acceptance speech from a back angle. It remains really dark and his signs are not visible and clear except for snippets. At the conclusion of his speech they take their exit amidst cheers from the crowd.
