Video begins with protesters gathered at Hotchkiss Field. The four student leaders give short speeches and explain the four demands, ask for donations, and to recognize those who have been on the phone with donors and the news. Other student leaders and others take turns chanting, giving performances, and etc. to the audience. There is a burning of the Dr. Zinser and Jane Spilman effigies. The film cuts to students protesting at the front entrance of Gallaudet on Florida Ave.
