Board of Trustees Chair Jane Spilman begins to give a statement and Harvey Goodstein interrupts her to tell everyone to march to the Capitol since the Board did not change their minds on the appontment of Dr. Zinser. Other protesters come to the stage to question the Board.

Video begins in the Field House with several people emphasizing that protesters will walk out if the Board of Trustees does not meet their demands. The Board arrives and Dr. Harvey Goodstein interrupts Jane Spilman to tell everyone the Board has not agreed to their demands and to leave. The protesters begin to leave. Spilman states that it is too noisy for her to have a dialogue with the students as they are exiting. The fire alarm goes off. A series of protesters come up to the stage and tell remaining people to march to the Capitol and explain why the Board of Trustees is wrong.
