Video continues negotiations over parked cars blocking entryways that happened in the Rally 1 video. Then Tim Rarus is interviewed about the Deaf President Now protests and he lists their demands. Jerry Covell speaks on why a deaf person should be president. Bridgetta Bourne discusses why they want to remove Jane Spilman from the Board of Trustees. Debbie Trapani discusses why they want the Board to be 51% Deaf. Claude Stout from the NAD clarifies their support for Deaf President Now and the actions they took including sending a letter to the Board of Trustees. Fred Weiner also gives some updates. Eventually representatives of the Board come on campus amidst a sea of students. Phil Bravin emphasizes the deaf members' support for a deaf president. Video cuts to a meeting with assorted leaders of the movement prior to meeting with the Board of Trustees to decide how to phrase the four demands, their response if the Board of Trustees declines their demands, and the general game plan. Faculty, staff, and students are in this meeting.
