Video begins with people gathered in Hughes Gym, readying for a rally. Video then jumps to cars parked and blocking entrances to Gallaudet University. Another section shows students protesting on Florida Avenue. The students end up talking with the campus police about moving their cars and opening campus. They refuse to do so except to open the West Virginia gate for emergencies only. Several negotiations occur about moving cars and opening the gates of Gallaudet.
