Abstract
This folder contains a letter from Aaron John Roupp, who explained the history of the Astro Rainbow Alliance of the Deaf, and the decision to donate their collection to the Gallaudet University Archives as well as the Gulf Coast Archive & Museum of GLBT History, Inc. Also included in the folder is an obituary list of those who have passed away from 1986 to 2003 from AIDS and other causes.
