Video begins at protest on Gallaudet campus with a lady showing how her dog can understand signs better than Dr. Zinser. Video cuts to protesters walking out the front gate and down Florida Avenue to the Capitol. There are protesters walking, riding on cars, and holding signs. John Maucere leads a chant at the front of the Capitol building. An interpreter is signing a speech given by someone who is not in sight. Video cuts to more protesters. One group is Kendall School students and parents. There are more clips of interpreters interpreting speeches, videos of the Capitol itself, and protestors watching the speeches and having conversations.
