Video begins with a shot of students protesting on Florida Ave. Mary Lou Novitsky asks them what is in front of them. There are two fake graves, one for Spilman and one for Dr. Zinser. A man is interviewed to ask why they are here. He originally came to use the Ole Jim for a dinner that night, but he feels inspired seeing the student protests in person. Debbie from Rochester is interviewed. She roots for the DPN protests and says its about time! Gil Eastman is shown collecting donations for the protests. Video cuts to someone who seems to represent the faculty at Gallaudet he talks about the Board still practicing paternalism and audism in appointing members of the Board of Trustees at Gallaudet University. He shows a directory of 500 successful Deaf people that was given to the Board and they still chose a hearing person. He notes that Dr. Rosen asked to resign from the DPN council of representatives and that Nancy Bloch will serve as an alternate representative until Dr. Rosen's official replacement is selected. Dwight Benedict proposes to expand the council to have more diverse representation. Video cuts to Anthony Johnson who met with a couple of congresspeople to explain the protests. Video cuts to an interpreter saying the president of APWU is coming to show support. The President of the American Posal Workers Union gives a statement. The interpreter is hard to see, but he gives his support of the protests and says he came with a delegation of APWU members.
