Video begins with the Board of Trustees representatives arriving to the Field House for their press conference after meeting with the DPN leaders. There's a brief section with Spilman, then the video jumps to the march to the Capitol. Gary Olsen gives a speech on the Capitol steps, Bridgetta Bourne leads a "Deaf President Now" chant and gives a brief speech and lists the four official demands of the protesters. Video cuts out during the second demand.
