The video is of a reception post-DPN in the Ole Jim. The DPN leaders Greg Hlibok, Tim Rarus, Bridgetta Bourne, and Jerry Covell give short speeches thanking attendees. They receive a photo of them celebrating their victory. Ken flew a plane above Gallaudet during the DPN protests, and was recognized during the celebration. Tom came to the stage to discuss the domino effect of DPN. Dwight Benedict goes to the stage briefly. John mentions how the community around DC is more friendly and other hearing college students are curious about the deaf. Paul Singleton discusses the FCC news release from that morning. At the end of the video a group of students come on stage.
